By browsing darlinggirls.com or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description is listed in error, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
Products & pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. Every product on this site is available as a one-time purchase. Memberships are entirely optional and never pre-selected.
Membership billing
The DARLINGGIRLS VIP Club is $29.99 per month and the DARLINGGIRLS Super VIP Club is $49.99 per month. If you choose to enroll, you must tick a dedicated membership consent box at checkout before entering payment details. Your card is charged the membership amount on the day you enroll and on the same day of each following month until you cancel. The charge appears on your statement as DARLINGGIRLS.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time — online at our cancellation page, by email at support@darlinggirls.com, or by text at 786-224-5448. Cancel at least three business days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. There are no cancellation fees and no restocking fees.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no fraudulent orders, scraping, resale of member presale links, or interfering with the site's operation.
Intellectual property
All photography, text and designs on this site belong to DARLINGGIRLS and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Products are sold as described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
